Key Duties / Responsibilities / Deliverables

  • Change Impact Analysis: Identify and document change impacts across people, processes, systems, and data, and translate these into clear messages for stakeholders.
  • Change Communications: Develop and deliver high‑quality communication materials including key messages, newsletters, presentations, and briefing packs tailored to diverse audiences, and manage and maintain EMTP Connect (SharePoint) as a central source of truth for program communications.
  • Engagement & Workshops: Design and facilitate workshops, briefings, and engagement activities that build awareness, understanding, and readiness.
