Scope of Works / Deliverables

DPS is seeking an experienced Integration developer to support the development of integrations within new Education Management System (EMS) and other IT projects and programs across the Division. The Integration developer is required to undertake technical design and development of business systems using application development standards.

•Consultation with project team, end-users and other key stakeholders to manage assigned activities.

•Development, unit testing and integration activities, including creation of software code, database and other scripts.

Key Duties / Responsibilities / Deliverables

• Change Impact Analysis: Identify and document change impacts across people, processes, systems, and data, and translate these into clear messages for stakeholders.
• Change Communications: Develop and deliver high‑quality communication materials including key messages, newsletters, presentations, and briefing packs tailored to diverse audiences, and manage and maintain EMTP Connect (SharePoint) as a central source of truth for program communications.
• Engagement & Workshops: Design and facilitate workshops, briefings, and engagement activities that build awareness, understanding, and readiness.

Key Duties / Responsibilities / Deliverables

• Design, develop, implement and evaluate strategic and tactical Organisational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans across multiple program streams.
• Provide authoritative strategic change, training and business readiness advice to Program Directors, Executives and senior leaders, including advice on trade offs between legislative compliance, efficiency and cost outcomes.
• Identify, assess and actively manage cumulative change impacts across concurrent program streams to minimise disruption, change fatigue and operational risk.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of change management strategies and plans, adjusting approaches as required to achieve adoption and benefits realisation.
